Terms for customer accounts, rewards, local discounts, recurring memberships, and service requests.

Customer accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your password, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use. One account should be used for each customer or organization unless Dallas Door and Hardware approves another arrangement.
Service requests and Jobber
Website and Jobber submissions are requests and are not confirmed appointments until accepted by Dallas Door and Hardware. Scope, pricing, materials, travel, permits, code requirements, and scheduling are confirmed separately. Membership status does not guarantee same-day or emergency availability.
Recurring membership billing
Premium memberships begin after the first payment is confirmed by Stripe. By completing checkout, you authorize recurring charges at the monthly or annual price shown until cancellation. Memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. Customers can update payment details or schedule cancellation through the secure billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Except where required by law or expressly approved in writing, partial-period and renewal charges are not prorated or refunded.
If a charge fails, membership benefits may be suspended while Stripe attempts recovery or until the account is brought current. Dallas Door and Hardware may terminate a membership for fraud, abuse, nonpayment, unsafe conduct, or material violation of these terms.
Membership benefits and exclusions
Rewards multipliers, priority scheduling, inspections, reviews, and discounts apply only while a membership is active and in good standing. Labor discounts apply to eligible standard labor and exclude materials, hardware, equipment, permits, taxes, third-party charges, shipping, after-hours or emergency premiums, warranty-excluded work, and previously accepted quotes unless stated in writing. Benefits and discounts do not stack unless Dallas Door and Hardware expressly approves it. Included inspections must be scheduled, are limited to the plan description, and do not include repairs, parts, code upgrades, or emergency service.
Rewards
Points have no cash value and apply only to eligible completed and paid work. Points may exclude taxes, fees, subcontracted work, special-order materials, warranty work, chargebacks, refunds, and canceled transactions. Points, tiers, and redemption rules may be adjusted with reasonable notice. Fraudulent or abusive activity may result in forfeiture.
Paulding County benefit
Eligibility requires verification of a qualifying residence or business address within Paulding County. Local benefits may not stack with other offers, may be capped, and may exclude certain work. Moving or providing inaccurate eligibility information may end the benefit.
Pricing and plan changes
Current prices are shown before checkout. Dallas Door and Hardware may change future renewal prices or benefits with advance notice when reasonably practicable. Continuing the membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated price or benefits; you may cancel before renewal.
Payment processing
Stripe processes website membership payments. Jobber Payments may separately process service deposits, job invoices, and field payments. Their terms and privacy notices apply to their services. Dallas Door and Hardware does not store full card or bank-account numbers on this website.
Website content
Photos and videos show representative work. Product compatibility, code compliance, and final installation requirements vary by opening, property, and site conditions. Website information is not a substitute for an on-site assessment or written quote.
