Information collected
Account and contact forms may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, service addresses, company information, customer type, requested services, program selections, Paulding County eligibility claims, marketing preferences, and password hashes. The website also stores basic security and activity records such as timestamps and one-way IP-address hashes.
Membership and payment information
Stripe securely collects and processes membership payment details. Full card and bank-account numbers do not pass through or remain on this website. Dallas Door and Hardware may store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan selection, payment status, renewal date, and cancellation status so membership benefits can be activated or suspended correctly.
Scheduling and service payments
Jobber may process booking requests, service addresses, appointment information, quotes, deposits, invoices, and job-related payments. Information entered in Jobber is governed by Jobber’s terms and privacy notice. Customers should use the same email address on this website and in Jobber when they want records matched.
How information is used
Information may be used to create and secure accounts, respond to requests, schedule work, administer rewards and memberships, verify local-program eligibility, maintain service history, prevent abuse, process authorized payments, provide receipts and account notices, and send communications authorized by the customer.
Hosting and service providers
The website is hosted by IONOS. Approved providers may include Stripe for membership billing, Jobber for scheduling and service operations, email systems, analytics, review platforms, and security services. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
Cookies and sessions
The account system uses a secure session cookie needed for login and administrative functions. Analytics or embedded media may use additional technologies when enabled. Browser settings can restrict optional cookies, but required account features may not work without session cookies.
Retention and security
Account and transaction-status records are retained as reasonably needed for service, accounting, security, dispute, and legal purposes. Administrative passwords, API secrets, and payment credentials are stored outside publicly accessible website folders. No internet system is risk-free, so customers should use unique passwords and report suspected misuse promptly.
Your choices
You may request correction of account information, unsubscribe from optional marketing messages, update payment details through the secure billing portal, or request account assistance by contacting Dallas Door and Hardware. Certain records may need to be retained for completed transactions, disputes, warranties, taxes, or legal obligations.
